Project Phenom/The Grand Experiment
Welcome to PHENOM, where you get to be a watcher or an active participant in the grandest of experiments into the discovery and research of Unexplained Phenomenon. Phenom is on target to be the largest Crowdsourced Citizen Science project ever. Phenom was launched in February 2023 to assist in the capture information on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and other unexplained Phenomena reports from the public around the world and to recommend and implement improvements. Phenom will focus on the processes of emerging technologies and innovations for capturing and characterizing global UAP observations.
Why Phenom?
The Phenom Project supports citizen science and aims to facilitate the collection of observations documenting rare natural and unnatural phenomena.
It aims to optimize the consolidation of all UAP observations in a transparent manner and to find competent experts who can offer insightful explanations.
Documented observation shall be used to develop ways to contribute to overall global surveillance activities toward the detection of formally undetected intrusions.
Phenom is part of an ongoing effort to curb disinformation and prevent conspiracy theories by seeking to make collected information accessible to all and working with other like-minded organizations and groups.
Finally, Phenom will work globally with other countries teams and groups on UAP reporting.
What to expect?
Phenom shall gather information from all stakeholders, and other organizations, on how they handle UAP observations reported by the public. We plan to compare our current methods with others. So that through internal analysis, we will assess the current processes and recommend ways to improve our citizen science approach.

It should be noted that the Phenom is intended to access and collect first-hand data (like photos, testimonies, etc.), and is intended to make PHENOM the main point of contact for all observers wishing to report anomalous sightings and events. Furthermore, it is meant to prove or disprove the existence of extraterrestrial life and identify unexplained Phenomena worthy of further research.
